Who we are.

This website, prism3.agency, is run by Prism3 Agency (SMC PVT) LTD ("Prism3", "we", "us"), a company based in Pakistan. You can reach us at contact@prism3.agency.

What we collect.

If you fill in our contact form we receive your name, email address, company, the service you are interested in and your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter we receive your email address. If you use the chat widget we receive the messages you type. When you browse the site, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how the site is used (pages visited, clicks, scrolling and anonymised session recordings), and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being filled in by a person.

Why we collect it.

Only to reply to your enquiry, to follow up with you about our services, and to understand and improve how the site works.

Where it is kept.

Enquiry details are kept in a secure internal database (Airtable) and in our email inbox; form submissions pass through Formspree to reach us. Chat messages are handled by our chat provider, Chatbase. The site is hosted on Vercel, and our spam limiter (Upstash) briefly processes your IP address when you submit a form. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which can see your IP address when your browser requests them. Analytics are handled by Google and Microsoft under their own terms. We never sell your personal information and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.

How long we keep it.

We keep the details you send us through the contact form for 90 days and then delete them from our database and inbox. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. If you become a client, we keep the records of our work together for as long as our agreement with you requires. Analytics data is kept for the shortest period those tools allow us to set.

Your choices.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@prism3.agency. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying to any email or writing to contact@prism3.agency. You can block analytics cookies and recordings with your browser settings or a tracking blocker.

Changes.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
